Booking and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is due upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept bank transfers, wire transfers, and credit card payments through our online platform.

Confirmation and Documentation

We’ll send confirmation and initial tour details upon receiving your deposit. Final documents will be mailed approximately 4 weeks before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so in writing via mail or fax. We don’t accept cancellations over the phone. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur the following fees:

  • 30 days prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost
  • 21 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost
  • 10 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
  • No-show: 100% of the total tour cost
  • Tour company reserves right to cancel tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

Obligations and Agreements

By engaging Rhythm Connect Tour and making a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge our role as an agent and agree to hold us harmless in making arrangements on your behalf. You also agree to seek restitution directly from the relevant service providers in the event of any claims.

Travel Documents and Visas

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
  • Tour company will provide guidance on required travel documents.

Health and Safety

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Tour company reserves right to refuse participation if customer’s health may be at risk.
  • Safety guidelines and instructions must be followed by customers.

Liability and Responsibility

Rhythm Connect Tour acts as an agent for various travel service providers. We assume no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, thefts, or government restrictions.

Changes to Tour Itinerary

  • Tour company reserves right to make changes to tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes and alternatives will be offered.

Customer Conduct

  • Customers must behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other tour participants, tour guides, and local communities.
  • Tour company reserves right to remove customer from tour if behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from tour will be resolved through negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

Governing Law

  • Terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of [country/state].

Accommodations

Our quoted tour prices are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy arrangements can be made upon request. In the unlikely event of a change in accommodations, we’ll substitute with a similar category hotel.

Insurance Recommendations

We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage loss. It’s your responsibility to ensure the insurance policy meets your specific needs. We recommend consulting your physician and reviewing the latest health guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) or the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) before embarking on your tour.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

  • By booking tour, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted terms and conditions.
